Choir & Choristers
Music is a vital part of worship at St Mark's Bapstist Church. Our congregations cherishes our glorious heritage of choral music — hymns, psalms, and service music that reflect upon the day’s readings and feed our minds and souls.
Our choirs for children, teens and adults serve both to lead congregational singing in worship as well as provide a unique opportunity for spiritual expression and growth.
Mass Choir
The St. Mark's Baptist Mass Choir consists of women and men volunteers, and teen Choral Scholars who lead the 10:00 a.m. Sunday service and other special services.
Rehearsals are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. before the first and second Sunday of every month.
Jubilee Choir
Rehearsals are held Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. before the first and second Sunday of every month.
Youth Choir
Girls and boys in grades 3 - 8 are invited to join the Choristers in leading the 10:00 a.m. worship service. No previous musical background is required.
Rehearsals are held after Worship Service on the second Sunday of every month at 12:30 pm.
Brotherhood Choir
Rehearsals are held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday evening before the third and fourth Sunday of every month.
Young Adult Ministry Choir
Rehearsals are held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday evening before the second Sunday of every month.
